Monarch Claim Policy

  1. PLEASE CONTACT OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR MISSING OR DEFECTIVE PARTS.

  2. NO-CHARGE REPLACEMENT PARTS WILL BE SENT TO RESOLVE ALL SERVICE ISSUES.

  3. IN CASE THERE IS A SLIGHT PROBLEM – SCRATCH, DENT, FINISH FLAW ETC. WE ASK TO BE INFORMED. A MUTUALLY AGREED DISCOUNT TO SELL β€œ AS ISβ€œ MAY BE GIVEN WITH A CORRESPONDING AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

  4. NO CHARGE-BACK, RETURN, CLAIM OR DEDUCTION WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A MONARCH AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

  5.  NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR FLOOR SAMPLES OR MERCHANDISE AFTER IT IS PLACED IN THE CUSTOMERS HOME, UNLESS IT WAS AN ORIGINAL DEFECT.

  6. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
